Greg Jackson allows his fighters to come and go as they please. If the fighter simply doesn't want to train that day or wants to focus on a different aspect of his game than he allows the athlete to do so. He also allows fighters to work with other coaches besides himself in order to help develop the fighter individual game overall. He is always there to offer guidance and support when it is asked and never looks to himself as the reason the fighter is successful.
