Businesses consistently struggle with this as the majority of people, wake up every morning, not looking forward to going into work and hating their jobs. For most, this isn't because they don't enjoy the job that they're performing but because they're unmotivated at the workplace. This is in large part due to the mis-management of employees that I am speaking on.
